The Italia Colleziona s.r.l. Guarantee Certificate guarantees the absolute authenticity of the items reproduced on the certificate itself, as well as the described state of preservation. Stamps, letters, envelopes, fragments, and postcards provided with such a certificate have been examined by our appraisal center after having subjected them to the necessary optical and scientific analyses, thanks also to the aid of the special equipment in our possession.
Any lot provided with an Italia Colleziona s.r.l. guarantee certificate (which may bear the acronym “IC” within the lot description) may be sent to any official expert, and in the event that such an expert disagrees with our evaluation, the guarantee will be triggered immediately upon viewing the negative certificate issued by said expert. All expenses incurred for the verifications will be fully reimbursed as per the expert's invoice attached to the return; simultaneously, the purchaser will be fully refunded. The guarantee is understood to be excluded for accidental damage not due to our responsibility and for any damage due to poor preservation attributable to the purchaser.
